Supported Browsers and Systems

To ensure satisfaction with your Carmen courses, it is essential that you use a fully supported browser and meet other basic system requirements. Browser add-ins and toolbars can also affect Carmen functionality.

If you are using a browser other than what is listed below, you may discover problems that can neither be confirmed nor supported by the help desk. If you encounter problems with an unsupported browser, your best option is to move to a fully supported browser. If you are using a supported browser, you may also need to disable add-ins and toolbars.
